Shira Gingell software engineer and robotics coach Out of the Bots

Shira has over 22 years of experience in the software engineering industry and a BA in Business Management and Computer Science – Systems and Application. Over the last seven years, she has been involved in teaching robotics through Lego EV3, Spike, mBot and Raspberry Pi platforms. This has included coaching school teams at Robocup, RoboRAVE and First Lego League, winning regional and national finals. Shira is part of the Award-winning RoboCoast community that has trained thousands of staff and students and she has run school holiday programs at the USC. Shira has a Certificate IV in Education Support and her passion is to increase the level of education in coding and engineering in our future generation of students.
